The academy is structured on the basis of processes and concepts. It is further group into functional teams and functional topics.

We also create a ftbModules that brings these different parts together into some sort of a mini course.

There would also be articles we post that covers various discussion points ongoing in the industry. This can be found under the updates in the about section

Upcoming at ftbcAcademy

Data, people and system will be 3 additional sections that we are adding into the site.

The data section will dive into details of the static/market data maintained in the financial markets domain.

The people section will look at the various roles and responsibilities of people working in the domain.

The system section will look at some of the systems used widely in the banking industry.

We will also be introducing a section very shortly that talks about the different type of projects in the domain and things to consider and pitfalls of these projects and also a section on project skillsets.

We are also contemplating on releasing a chat application which you can interact directly with us for all your questions and if you crave some human interaction. Will keep you updated.
