For years, me and a bunch of close friends working in the financial markets domain have come to conclusion that working domain knowledge have been eroding in our industry. We find ourselves repeating ourselves multiple times over the years as we work on projects and support the business on day to day activities, explaining to people key concepts within the industry and train them subconsciously like a broken record.

As a result of that, we were thinking why not create an academy where these information are made available to people such that time spent at work could focus more on delivery and issue resolution and less on the constant repetitive teaching. And there it was that ftbcAcademy became a reality.

We pride ourselves in our deep domain expertise and seek to impart the experience and knowledge we gather thru years of working to people so that they may either land the job they want with confidence or to allow them to spend less time finding out the specific domain nuances and focus on adding value and performing their role to the fullest potential.

Not only are we looking to share our domain expertise but we are also going to work with other practitioners out there to expand on the knowledge repository and bring to you various perspectives and insights from a diverse set of people of different roles and background.
