The operating model defines the manner the banks processes are put in place, the manner the people are put in place to support the processes and the manner the systems and data are architectured and distributed.

Working in transformational programmes, provided us with the opportunity to delve deep into these area of discussion which many may not have an opportunity and I think this would proof beneficial to people who works in the banking environment as it gives them meaning to why the processes are carried out the way they are today in the bank.

This is the start of a multi-series programme on New Entity Setup as we start off first with the fundamental concepts and in subsequent series we would dive deeper and deeper into the implementation of the new entity.
